ZEN DESIGN L A C U C I N A di domani e...oltre E’ il 1969 quando il Musée des Arts Décoratifs  di Parigi inaugura un’esposizione dal titolo “Qu’est ce que le design ?” Che cos’è il design?. La curatrice, Madame L. Amic, pone per l’occasione una serie di domande a Charles Eames che fornirà risposte di straordinaria lungimiranza, molte delle quali conservano ancora un valore immutato nel tempo. Le riporteremo all’inizio di ogni composizione, ricordando che gli Eames sono stati i primi designer dell’era moderna ad aver dato una dimensione di apertura alla pratica del design, con l’affermazione del diritto all’effimero e al cambiamento. Amic, asked Charles Eames a series of questions, to which he provided extraordinarily far-sighted answers, many of which have preserved their very same valueover time.Thesequestions and answer will serve as an introduction to each of our compositions, highlighting that the Eameses were among the first designers in the modern age to open up the practice of design, affirming the right to ephemerality and change. 3
