The charm and appeal of Soft Island’s design come from the balance between abstraction and decoration. The essential and rigorous geometries together with the aesthetic and functional solutions (such as the seat cushion which extends along the entire width of the sofa) are counterpointed by the elegance of the textures and details, such as for example, the stitching of the seats. Similarly, the sofa’s generous body allows the soft back cushions to be freely positioned and arranged, thereby leading to informal comfort. Soft Island is available with a completely removable cover in fabric or leather and highlighted by four elegant metal feet. The sofa is also available with an exposed metal frame that outlines its perimeter profile, giving it a further touch of refinement and elegance.
