All the De Carlo sales network partners have many years of experience in offering the solution which is closer to the needs of the Customer and the Architects, including the assistance for the installation, the technical on site supervision and the checking of product measures in the building site. The entire sales network has access to a dedicated web platform (DCS 3.0) which can be used for configuring the products according to the specifications agreed with the Customer and for checking the production feasibility, product requirements, performance, delivery times and important information regarding the installation and the safety of the product. Il nuovo sistema d’imballaggio prevede infatti la copertura integrale dell’infisso, con particolare attenzione per le aree angolari dove un involucro di cartone sagomato, insieme ad un resistente film termo-retraibile, offre un’elevata protezione contro gli urti possibili negli spostamenti e nella dislocazione degli infissi. L’etichettatura per ogni singolo pezzo, inoltre, fornisce tutte le informazioni relative al prodotto e alla dislocazione ai vani di posa. Personale e mezzi specificatamente attrezzati, che operano su tutto il territorio nazionale, esclusivamente dedicati alla gestione dei servizi diretti ai clienti, assicurano massima efficacia, tempestività e cura in tutte le fasi di trasporto dei prodotti. De Carlo quality is expressed not only in the care during the production process but, above all, throughout the different phases of the services: from the check of the feasible product solutions to the delivery to the building site, from the installation to the post sales requests management. The new packaging system provides a complete covering of the product, with particular attention to the corner areas where a shaped cardboard envelope, together with a resistant heat-shrinked film, offers high protection against possible impacts of the product when is moved inside the building side. The labeling for each individual piece provides all the information regarding the product and its due location in the project or building site. Dedicated staff and specifically equipped trucks, which operate throughout the national territory and are exclusively dedicated to the delivery of direct services to customers, ensure maximum effectiveness, timeliness and care in all phases of product transport. Detailed information is provided in the “Manual of the windows”, which includes instructions for use, for the care of the window and a unique code for each order combined with the Customer reference, which facilitates the search and traceability of the products for any post assistance request.
