This enables us to be flexible and satisfy individual product needs while also carrying out more complex activities for the contract market. With the close ties between human well-being and the environment in mind, we have a sustainable outlook that takes concrete form in all of our collections. Our products are made of 100% recyclable metal, all of our powder coatings are non-toxic and we have short supply chains (all suppliers are based within 25 km of our premises). In addition, our solid, durable products help to reduce waste in terms of resources, raw materials and energy, thus lowering their environmental impact. In unserem Werk findet der gesamte Produktionszyklus statt: von der Anlieferung der Rohstoffe bis zu den mechanischen Verarbeitungsprozessen wie Schneiden, Pressen, Biegen, Stanzen, Schweißen sowie Pulverlackierung, Montage und Verpackung für den Versand. Das heißt, dass wir den Betrieb flexibel verwalten können, um die Nachfrage nach einzelnen Produkten genauso wie komplexere Aktivitäten für den Contract-Bereich befriedigen zu können. Da wir die enge Beziehung zwischen der Gesundheit des Menschen und der Umwelt kennen, unterstützen wir eine Philosophie der Nachhaltigkeit, die vor allem in unseren Kollektionen umgesetzt wird: Wir verwenden für unsere Produkte 100% recyceltes Metall, die Lackierung erfolgt ausschließlich mit ungiftigen Pulvern, wir haben eine kurze Lieferkette, d.h. unsere Lieferanten befinden sich in nächster Nähe (in 25 km Entfernung), unsere Produkte sind robust und langlebig, sodass weniger Ressourcen, Rohstoffe und Energie verbraucht werden und folglich die Umweltbelastung geringer ist. All’interno del nostro stabilimento ha luogo l’intero ciclo produttivo: dall’arrivo delle materie prime alle lavorazioni meccaniche di taglio, punzonatura, piegatura, puntatura e saldatura, fino alla verniciatura a polveri e al montaggio e imballaggio per la spedizione. Ciò consente una gestione flessibile, che soddisfa sia la richiesta del singolo prodotto sia le più complesse attività legate al contract.
